FORGOTTEN CHICKEN

Combine 2 cups dry rice with 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of celery soup and 1 cup milk + 2 extra Tablespoons of milk
Put above into well greased roaster.
Place cut up chicken on top and then sift one package of onion soup mix over all
Cover  tightly with cover or foil.   Bake at 325 degrees F. for 2 hours.  Do NOT open at any time during the 2 hours of baking.
