Mix together and let simmer while fixing below:
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2-2 t chile pwd
1 t. salt
Mix together and brown. Should be in small pieces.
1 lb. gr. chuck
1 mediums sized onion, chopped fine
1/2 t. salt
When the neat is done mix into tomato mixture. This is Walt’s recipe and the salt and chile pwd. I sort of guess at. I start slow with the pwd and after its cooked awhile, I taste it and add more if need be. I usually let the whole works simmer about an hour.
