Freezing Quick Breads

Biscuits:  Roll out dough and cut it.  Package rounds in layers–separated with locker paper.  Rec. storage 2 weeks.  To serve, bake while thawing 400 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Muffins:  12-14 days rec. storage.  Pour batter into muffin cup pans lined with paper baking cups.  To serve–thaw at room temperature 1 hour and bake as usual.
