Mix and let soften:
2 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. warm H2O
Add:
2 c. milk
1/2 c. margarine melted
Combine–Then add: warm milk and yeast mix–beat—then ad 2 cups flour–beat–then stir in rest and let rise.
3 eggs beaten
1/4 c. sugar
2 t. salt
7 c. flour
Makes 24 good sized rolls–after rising, shape and let rise again.
Can refrigerate before first rising, then take out and let rise after shaping.
Can use part of this dough for pizza dough.
