2 pkgs. orange or lemon gelatin 2 c. hot water
1 pint orange *sherbert 1 sm. can mandarin oranges
Method: Dissolve gelatin in hot water ans while still hot, add the *sherbert. Drain oranges and add to gelatin. Refrigerate until set. This is a quick, refreshing salad to have on hand.
