Salt<br \/>\nIn microwave &#8211; safe bowl, combine cream cheese, milk, mayonnaise, onion and salt.\u00a0 Microwave 1 minute on high or until cheese softens and ingredients are easily mixed.\u00a0 Remove; cool slightly.\u00a0 Add some hot mixture to beaten eggs, stirring constantly.\u00a0 Then add egg mixture to remaining cream cheese mixture (this avoids curdling).<br \/>\nAdd olives, sausage and Swiss cheese; mix well.\u00a0 Grease tassie pans, fill each well to the top with the quiche mixture.\u00a0 Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 18-20 minutes, until golden brown.\u00a0 Cool for a short time, until easy to remove from pan onto cooling rack.\u00a0 To serve, reheat in 275 degree oven, or in microwave.<br \/>\nCan make them ahead of time and freeze.\u00a0 Allow to thaw before reheating.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Makes 24) 4 oz cream cheese 2 eggs, beaten \u00bc cup milk \u00bc cup chopped black olives \u00bd cup mayonnaise \u00bc cup chopped smokies \u00bc cup finely chopped onion 4 oz grated Swiss cheese \u00bc teas.
