Raimen noodles (uncooked) broken up (don&#8217;t use seasoning<br \/>\npackets)<br \/>\n1 3 oz. pkg. sliced almonds<br \/>\nOther ingredients:<br \/>\n1 large head of Boc choy or two small ones<br \/>\n4 green onions with tops<br \/>\nDressing: 3\/4 cup veg oil, 1\/4 cup red wine vinegar, 1\/2 cup sugar,<br \/>\n2 tablespoons soy sauce<br \/>\nIn large skillet melt butter. Add sugar, seeds, noodles &amp; almonds. Cook until light brown approx. 5 min. Cool to room temperature.<br \/>\nChop boc choy in 1&#8243; pieces using stems &amp; leaves. Add onions cut up. Cool in refrigerator. Mix dressing in jar &amp; shake well until sugar is dissolved.<br \/>\nJust before serving toss greens, noodles mixture and dressing.
