{"id":44,"date":"2009-07-23T00:39:34","date_gmt":"2009-07-23T05:39:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/terrywessel.com\/wordpress\/?p=44"},"modified":"2012-01-02T18:42:01","modified_gmt":"2012-01-02T23:42:01","slug":"easy-lasagna","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/wesselbest.com\/?p=44","title":{"rendered":"Easy Lasagna  &#8211; Terry"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>* 8 ounces lasagna noodles<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>* 1 pound lean ground beef<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>* 1\/2 cup chopped onion<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>* 8 ounces mushrooms, optional<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>* 1 jar (about 16 ounces) spaghetti sauce, your favorite<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>* 1 teaspoon garlic powder<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>* 1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>* 1 teaspoon dried leaf oregano, crumbled<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>* 1\/2 teaspoon dried leaf basil, crumbled<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>* 1 1\/2 cups ricotta cheese<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>* 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>* 3\/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>In a large skillet, brown beef, onion, and mushrooms; drain well.<\/p>\n<p>Stir in spaghetti sauce, garlic powder, salt, oregano, and basil.<\/p>\n<p>In a 2-quart buttered baking dish (about 11x7x2-inches), layer 1\/3 of the lasagna noodles, 1\/3 of the sauce and 1\/3 of the ricotta cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and Parmesan cheeses.<\/p>\n<p>Repeat layers twice.<\/p>\n<p>Bake lasagna for <strong>30<\/strong> minutes at <strong>350<\/strong>, or until thoroughly heated and bubbly.<\/p>\n<p>Let stand for 8 to 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
