3 c. Bisquick 3/4 c. cold water
6 small to medium baking apples, pared and cored
Ground cinnamon sugar
margarine cinnamon sauce (below)
Heat oven to 375. Mix baking *mis and water until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Gently smooth dough into ball on floured cloth-covered board. Knead 5 times. Divide dough into 3 equal parts. Roll each part into rectangle. 12×6 inches. Cut each rectangle crosswise into halves. Place apple in center of each square; sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Dot with margarine. Carefully bring dough up around apple, pinching corners together to seal. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon and sugar. Bake until golden brown, about 35 minutes. Serve with Cinnamon sauce. 6 servings.
