Cream:
1 c. sugar 1/4 c. oleo
1 egg 5-6 apples (peeled and grated)
1 c. flour 1 t. soda
1/4 t. salt 1/2 c. nuts
1/2 t. nutmeg 1/2 t. cinnamon
Mix–*mut into pans to about apple pi thickness. BAke 350 for 30 minutes. It will be moist.
