1 10__Angel Food Cake–tear into bite size pieces.
Cook until mix coats spoon:
6-7 beaten egg yolks 3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. lemon jc.
1 1/2 t. grated lemon peel
1/4 t. salt
Remove from heat and cool. Add 1 envelope plain gelatin. Which has been dissolved in 1/4 c. water. Beat 6-7 egg whites and add3/4 c. sugar as beating.
Fold custard mixture into egg whites.
Place layer of angel food cake pieces in bottom of loaf. Add layer of custard and continue til all is used. Stir gently to make sure all angel food is coated. Chill. Ice with whip???
