LOW CARBOHYDATE STROGANOFF - Ellen

So I pretty much made up a Low Carb Stroganoff.    - Ellen
 
3 tbs - butter
3 tbs - almond flour
2 cups - beef or chicken broth
8 Oz - cream cheese
1 cup - sour cream
1/3 cup - nutritional yeast
Parsley -
Salt -
Pepper - 

I make a roux out of :
3 tbs of butter and 3 tbs of almond flour.
Instead of milk I use 2 cups beef or chicken broth and 8 Oz of cream cheese.
Add whatever spices you like.
Salt, pepper, and add a cup of sour cream and lastly I add parsley.
For extra nutrition I’ve been adding 1/3 cup nutritional yeast which adds a nice flavor.
