1 pt. whipping cream (2 pkgs. Dream Whip)
3 T. sugar 1 t. vanilla
1/2-1 c. nuts (chopped) 1 pkg. coconut macaroon cookies
4 pts. *sherbet (orange, raspberry, lime, lemon)
Whip cream, add sugar and vanilla. Fold macaroon crumbs and nuts into the whipped cram. Spread 1/2 of mixture into buttered 9×13 pan. Cover with alternate small spoonfuls of *sherbert sot that some of each color will be in each serving. Top with remaining cream mixture. Freeze.
