Hash brown casserole

1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup or more sour cream
1 diced onion
Pepper- to taste
2 sticks butter
2 cups Frosted Flakes

Combine soup, cheese, sour cream. Combine potatoes, onion and 1 stick melted butter. Combine the two together. Add desired amount of pepper. Place into casserole dish. Melt the second stick of butter and add to crushed Frosted Flakes. Sprinkle Frosted Flakes over the casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 for about an hour and a half, top should be crispy and brown.
