SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP
Ingredients
1 cup onions chopped
¼ cup minced garlic
2 cups butter
2 cups chicken stock
2-3 cups flour
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1-2 cups thawed minced spinach
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chopped artichokes can
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Directions

Melt butter, onions, garlic in sauce pan – sauté a couple minutes till onions soften
2.
Add flour to sauce pan to create a roué
3.
Gradually pour in chicken broth, stirring constantly
4.
Add heavy whipping cream to make a thick white sauce
5.
Separately combine all other ingredients
6.
Combine all and place into baking dish
7.
Bake at 350 to desired warmth
