1 stick margarine
1 box Stove Top sutffing
4 cups cooked, cubed chicken or turkey
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained.
Mix margarine (melted) and stuffing.  Put half the mixture in a 9-inch by 13 inch pan.  Mix together the rest of the ingredients and spread in pan over stuffing.  Sprinkle the other half of stuffing mixture on top.  Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
