1 lb ground beef/turkey
1/2 c. chopped onion
16 oz jar of Picante Sauce
1 pkg Taco Seasoning
1 c. cottage cheese
3 eggs
Flour tortillas
1/2 6 oz Monterrey Jack shredded
4 oz shredded cheddar

Brown together and drain:
ground beef/turkey
chopped onion

Simmer for 10 minutes:
Picante Sauce
Taco Seasoning

In a bowl combine:
cottage cheese
Eggs slightly beaten

Spray a 9/13 pan.
Layer 1/2 meat mixture/flour tortillas 1/2 cottage cheese mixture and Monterey Jack shredded and shredded cheddar
Repeat the layering.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.  Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

For sides serve :  lettuce, tomatoes, black olives & sour cream.
