1 chicken (about 4 lbs)        10 – 12 oz noodles
1 C mayonnaise            4 T lemon juice
2 T. grated onion            6 hard-boiled eggs, minced
1 can water chestnuts            12 oz herb dressing
1/2 C butter                1 C. chix broth
Cook chicken — cut in small pieces.  Cook noodless in portion of chix. broth.  Mix chicken, noodles, soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, grated onion, egs and water chestnuts.  Place in large casserole dish.
Melt butter — add to dressing — Add chix broth, Spread on top of casserole.  COVER.  Bake at 350 for 45 min.  Remove cover for last 10 min.
Yield:  24 servings    9X13 pan.
