8 – 10 Medium Potatoes
1 8 oz pkg Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 cup sour cream OR 1 cup cottage cheese and 1 teas. lemon juice ( I use about 1 tablespoon lemon juice)
Seasoning and butter as desired
Peel and cook potatoes.  Beat cream cheese and sour cream (or cottage cheese) until blended.  Gradually add the hot potatoes and beat until light and fluffy.  Add seasonings.
Put in buttered baking dish and brown in oven for 30 – 40 minutes.
I often prepare this ahead of time — it keeps well in refrig a couple of days before baking and if needed for a longer time I put in the freezer before baking.  Just remember that if  it is cold when you put it in the oven it will take more than 40 minutes.  Also, too many times, I have put a number of things in the oven at the same time and then it takes a good deal longer.
