1 c. Wild Rice
1 can cr. chix sp.
1 can cr. mushroom sp.
3/4 lb Hamburger
1 can mushrooms
Wash 1 c. rice. Place in covered kettle with 1 t. salt and 3 c. cold water.
Bring to boil and boil uncovered S stirring constantly with cover off until tender.
Drain, place over low heat 10-15 minutes to fluff.
Brown meat–add remaining ingredients and 1 cube bullion dissolved in water. Mix together–bake in slow oven 1/2 hour.
