Cream:
1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. brown sugar
Add:
1 c. flour Spread in 9×13 pan, Bake 10 min. at 350.
Mix:
2 beaten eggs,
1 1/2 c. br. sugar,
2 T. flour, 1/2 t. salt,
1/2 t. Baking pwd.,
1 c. coconut,
1 t. vanilla,
3/4 c. nuts,
1/2 c. dates.
Spread over lower layer and bake 20 minutes @ 350.
Frost:
1/2 c. pwd. sugar, orange or lemon juice to spreading consistency.
Do Not over bake.
