1 lb. boneless etc chick breast
w t. peanut oil
2 cups broccoli and cauliflower florets
2 T. Teriyaki sauce
1 t. sesame oil
Lynn and I added an onion cut in large chunks and a red bell pepper for some flavor–otherwise I think this may have been dull!
1. cut chick into bite size pieces
2. Heat wok or large frying pan on medium heat until drops of water “dance” when sprinkled into the wok or pan.
3. Put the peanut oil into the pan and swirl to coat the pan.
4. Add broccoli and cauliflower and stir fry until broccoli turns bright green.
5. Add chicken and stir fry until cooked. Cover =pan and simmer for 5 minutes if veggies are not thoroughly cooked.
6. Stir in teriyaki sauce and sesame oil and serve.
