Tenderize with Adolph’s
Marinate (prick with fork) 3-4 hrs. turning frequently.
4 T. Worcestershire sauce
1-2 T. say sauce
Before broiling, brush each side with kitchen boquet undiluted. Broil about 45 min.- 1 hour.
