6 seasoned and browned pork chops. (Do not roll in flour or on the floor)
Remove from pan, add 1 T. butter, 2-4 T. minced onion. Cook, stir in 1 T. flour, 1 c. beef bouillon. Return chops and simmer 45 minutes or one hour. Watching occasionally. add 1/2 c. light cream, beat slightly, and serve immediately.
