4 c. bread cubes
sage to taste
3 T. chopped onion, if desired
1/4 t. poultry seasoning if desired.
1 t. salt
1/3 c. melted butter
1/4 t. pepper
Hot water or stock to moisten.
Toss gently to mix.
allow 1 c. stuffing for each pound of poultry or game.
