Soak fillet of salmon in 1/2 c. salt dissolved in 1 qt. water for 1 hrs. Wipe dry. On top of one whole salmon fillet, spread sauce make of 1 c. mayonnaise, 2 T. lemon jc., 1 T. Dill weed, 1 t. accent, 1/2 c. grated onion. Mix in blender or by hand. This is sufficient for 8-10 lbs. salmon. Broil on lowest broiler rack for 1/2 hr. or until fish is cooked through. Do not overcook.
