3.4 c. uncooked rice Dash of pepper
6 pork chops 1 can cream of celery soup
1 T. minced onion 1 c. water
1 t. salt
Put rice in bottom of a 2 qt casserole; add minced onion. Brown pork chops and season. Place pork chops on rice and add the soup and water. Bake in oven 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until rice is tender.
