6 c. milk
6 eggs
1 1/2 sugar
1 qt buttermilk
Heat the 6 c. milk in heavy kettle, just to boiling, at least 20 minutes. Beat remaining ingredients together in a bowl and pour into heated milk, mixing well, then do not stir anymore. Turn down heat and let simmer (hour or until juice is clear. Fold gently into serving bowl. Keep covered in Fridge.
