Almond Crisp
Cream:
1 c. Margarine
1 c. sugar
Add unbeaten and beat together 1 egg yolk.
Add:
2 c. sifted flour
1 t. cinnamon
dash of salt
Chill over night
Pat on ungreased cookie sheet paper thin (12×10)
Press in 1 C. slivered almonds
Beat egg white slightly and brush over cookies. Bake at 300 20-25 minutes Cut while warm and remove from pan.
