1 crumb crust 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar 3 eggs
1 c. milk 1 t. vanilla
1 T. lemon jc. (if desired)
Oven 375 8 servings
Make crust; Soften cream cheese. Add sugar cream well. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each. Blend in remaining ingredients mix well. Pour into baked crust. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Sprinkle with crumb mixture. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
