Chicken Noodle Soup – Beth
Judy Bernau gave me a great chicken noodle soup recipe that I cannot find. But I made it from memory today and here is what I did:
12 cups water
12 t. bouilion
Carrot , chopped
Celery, sliced
onion, chopped
Grilled chicken (or cooked in anyway) cut into bite sized pieces
Frozen egg noodles (8 oz)
basil leaves
fresh ground pepper
place water, bouilion and veggies in a large pot. Bring to boil and simmer for 20 mintes. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 20 minutes or amount of time specified on noodle package.
