1 1/8  CUPS TAP WATER        I usually use just 2 cups bread flour, 1/4 cup
3  CUPS BREAD FLOUR        soy flour and 3/4 cup whole wheat flour to make
1  TEASPOON SALT            this a bit healthier bread
3   TBLS  SUGAR
1 1/2  TBLS   BUTTER
1 1/2  TBLS   DRY MILK
1 1/2   TEAS. DRY YEAST
1/2   CUP WALNUTS (CRUSHED)
