(Makes 24)
4 oz cream cheese
2 eggs, beaten
¼ cup milk
¼ cup chopped black olives
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup chopped smokies
¼ cup finely chopped onion
4 oz grated Swiss cheese
¼ teas. Salt
In microwave – safe bowl, combine cream cheese, milk, mayonnaise, onion and salt.  Microwave 1 minute on high or until cheese softens and ingredients are easily mixed.  Remove; cool slightly.  Add some hot mixture to beaten eggs, stirring constantly.  Then add egg mixture to remaining cream cheese mixture (this avoids curdling).
Add olives, sausage and Swiss cheese; mix well.  Grease tassie pans, fill each well to the top with the quiche mixture.  Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 18-20 minutes, until golden brown.  Cool for a short time, until easy to remove from pan onto cooling rack.  To serve, reheat in 275 degree oven, or in microwave.
Can make them ahead of time and freeze.  Allow to thaw before reheating.
