1 1/2 pounds stew beef — cut off fat
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope or 1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup sour cream
Put all, except sour cream, into baking dish and cover.  Bake in oven at 275 degrees for 4 to 5 hours.  During the last 10 minutes of cooking, mix in sour cream
