2 cups cooked chicken
1 cup diced celery
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1  8-ounce can water chestnuts,  drained
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup milk
2 cups Chinese chow mien noodles
3/4 cups cashews
Line bottom of greased 9 x 13 baking dish with half of noodles.  Mix
together milk and soup.  Place in layers:celery, onions, cashews,
milk/soup mix.  Top with remaining noodles and sprinkle a few cashews on
as well.  Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
