1 pkg. (9 1/2 oz.) Triscuit crackers, crushed (reserve 1/4 for top)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
2 cans asparagus, drained
2 lbs. chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
1 can mushrooms
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Place crushed Triscuits in bettered casserole.  Spread on top in layers the chicken, asparagus, mushrooms and water chestnuts.  Mix mayonnaise and soup and pour over top.  Sprinkle with remaining Triscuits.  Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour covered and 10 to 15 minutes uncovered.  You can use 1 package of frozen broccoli instead of asparagus.  Partially cook first or it will thin out the hot dish.
