2 cups crushed Triscuits
¼ cup melted oleo
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup chopped onion
2 cups chicken or turkey chunks
1 can mushrooms and/or water chestnuts
1 package frozen broccoli (cooked)
1 cup shredded swiss or mozzarella cheese
Mix crushed Triscuits with melted oleo.  In a separate  bowl, mix together the soup, mayonnaise and onion.  In  9-inch by 13-inch pan, layer 1 cup crushed Triscuits, chicken, mushrooms, water chestnuts, broccoli, soup mixture and cheese.  Top with 1 cup crushed Triscuit mixture.  Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
