1/2 cup flour
1 teas. soda
1 teas salt
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
3 cups quick oatmeal
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 cup coconut
Mix flour, soda and salt.  Cream butter and add sugar gradually.  Cream until light.  Add eggs, flour oatmeal and coconut, mixing thoroughly.  Divide dough into thirds and shape into rolls.  Refrigerate until firm.  Cut into 1/2 inch slices.  Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
