KUMLA
4 cups ground raw potatoes
1 tablespoon salt
3 cups sifted flour  (/I don’t think anyone sifts flour anymore!)/
1/4 teaspoon baking powder.
Make broth by cooking pork ribs or ham.  Mix above ingredients,
shape into medium sized balls and flatten slightly before dropping
carefully into boiling broth.  Cook about 1 hour.  Stir every so often
to keep from burning.  Serve with melted butter.
