KUMLA
Pork ribs, beef or ham
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 cups grated raw potatoes
Cook meat until almost tender. Grate potatoes or put through food
chopper. Mix ground potatoes, salt and sifted flour and baking powder
well and form into balls with wet hands and drop into broth. Cook 1
hour, being careful to not let it stick to the bottom of the pan. Use
about 2 – 3 quarts of broth.
