40 saltine crackers
1 cup butter (or margarine)
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 ½ cups chocolate chips
¾ cups nuts (or more)
Grease well (or use cooking spray) a jelly roll pan.  Place crackers on pan.  Heat butter and brown sugar ‘til boiling.  Boil 3 minutes, stirring.  Pour mixture over crackers and spread evenly.  Bake at 400 degrees until very bubbly.  Remove from oven, sprinkle with chocolate chips.  When melted spread evenly and aprinkle with nuts.  Cool.
Separate and let harden in refrigerator.
