Lemon Bars — Grandma Ryerson’s
Mix with pie blender: 1 Cup flour 1/2 cup butter 1/4 cup powdered sugar Pour into 9x9 pan. Bake about 15 min. @ 350 Beat 2 eggs. Add 2 T. lemon juice and some rind Mix 1 cup sugar, 2 T flour, 1/2 t B powder and add to eggs. Pour over 1st layer. Bake @ 350 degrees 20 - 25 Min. Cool and frost. Frosting 1 1/2 C powdered sugar 1 teas. vanilla 2 T. butter 1 1/2 T. milk
