SAUCE:
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter
1 teas. vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
CRUST:
16 squares of crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/4 teas. cinnamon
FILLING:
3 or 4 bananas
1/2 gal. Neapolitan ice cream
1 cup whipped cream
Nuts (optional)
In saucepan melt chocolate chips and butter.  Add vanilla, sugar and milk.  Cook 8 minutes stirring constatntly.  Set aside
Make a graham creacker crust for 9-inch by 13-inch pan — melt butter and mix with dry ingredients (sugar, crackers and cinnamon)  Pat into pan.
For filling, slice bananas over crust.  Slice 1/2 ice cream over bananas and spread with chocolate sauce.  Freeze till firm.  Spread with whipped cream and sprinkle with nuts.
