½ cup sugar
2 tablespoons hot water
6 eggs
¾ cup sugar
2 tall cans evaporated millk
2 teas. Vanilla
Combine sugar and water in saucepan.  Caramelize.  Pour into bottom of  8-cup ring mold.  Set aside.  Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.  Pour into a mold.  Place in pan of hot water.  Bake at 350 degrees until done, approximately 1 hour.  Chill, unmold and serve.
