Make recipe for cream puff dough
1 Cup water
1/2 Cup butter/oleo
1 Cup flour
4 eggs.
Heat water and butter to rolling boil in saucepan. Stir in flour all at once. Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball, about 1 min.
Remove from heat. Beat in 4 eggs, one at a time. Beat mixture until smooth and velvety. Spread in 9 X 13 pan and bake 350 about 25 min. Will be uneven.
Spread with:
1 large pkg vanilla instant pudding mixed with 3 cups milk (Doris uses sugar free)
8 oz cream cheese, beat with 1 cup pwd sugar
Add to pudding mix and spread over crust
Spread 1 carton cool whip over top
Garnish with shaved hershey bar if desired. Also may put some pecans on top.
