1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1 dozen eggs
2 cans evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
Mix sugar and water together
and cook until it becomes
caramelized.  Place in bottom
of several small custard cups
or one large  glass dish.  In
separate bowl, mix eggs, milk
and sugar together.  Add
flavorings.  Then pour over
top of caramel.  Bake at 300
degrees for 2 hours in water bath
