4 eggs separated
1/3 C lemon juice and 1T zest
1T melted butter (I just butter the pan)
1 1/2 C sugar 1/2 C flour 1/2 t salt (mixed)
1 1/2 C Milk
beat egg yolks and lemon jc. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk
Fold in beaten egg whites (Beaten until stiff)
Bake in 8″ square pan in pan of hot water 350degree 45 min.
This batter is quite thin.
