Rhubarb Pie — Evelyn Mason
4 cups finely cut rhubarb
3 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons milk
2 cups sugar
¾ teaspoon nutmeg
4 tablespoons flour
Put cut up rhubarb in unbaked 10-inch pie shell. Beat eggs, add sugar, flour, milk and nutmeg. Mix well and pour over rhubarb. Cover with second shell. Bake until set and lightly
