Rice Pudding
Mrs. Morton’s from Kenosha, Wisc. As published
in The Lutheran
1 cup rice
½ cup sugar
½ tsp. Salt
1 tblsp. Butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 quart whole milk
½ cup raisins
Cook rice 15 minutes. Drain. Mix
all ingredients in a large baking bowl.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake at 350F
for one hour. Needs time to cool off to
set the custard.
