Emma Urness — Recipe used at their church for Scandinavian Meal
7 1/2 lb. beef chuck (Joanne used venison)
2 1/2 lb. lean ground pork shoulder
2 eggs beaten
2 cups ground dried bread crumbs
7 teas. salt
1 teas. pepper
2 rounded Tbsp. minced onion
3 cups water
Grind meat together!   Add rest of ingredients.  Form balls.  Bake at 400 degrees in 9 X 13 cake pan until brown.
Make gravy from drippings, adding water and thickening.  Add instant bouillon.
Pour over meat balls.
Bake at 300 for at least an hour.
